Ordered the 8 piece fish and Deep Fried Twinkie. I asked for malt vinegar but when I got home there was none in the bag. I dinged them one star for that. Fish was delicious and I LOVED the Deep Fried Twinkie!

Simplicity Simplicity
We requested fresh fish and chicken and it was delicious as well as all side dishes we ordered. The restaurant needs a major cleaning from top to bottom and a paint job inside and out. When you go to be seated, it seems we have to clean the table, chairs and booths beforehand. After you are seated and you are looking around, don’t look up! The ceiling panels and vents are horrendous.

Service was horrible! Female manager kept using the men’s restroom instead of the ladies room. Restaurant looks filthy, run down, and in need of repair. Was out of several items. Broken down equipment on the counters. Food was terrible and went into trash. Someone from JLS corporate should pay them a random visit.

Very bad service. Went thru drive thru ordered 2 (two) number 5’s which is two piece fish, fries, coleslaw and two hushpuppies. Cost $15.80. Got home 15 miles away and realized I only had part of one order. No slaw at all and when I called to complain the manager said” oh we forgot your slaw!” I said no you forgot a whole meal and the slaw. I was so disappointed! It is not the first time it happened at LJS in Beaver, WV!!!!*

The Golden Truth
1st off I must say the place is very run down old looking inside and out but the food is really good. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. I wasn’t back on my diet we would be going there more often. We love long John silver’s.
