I visited Thursday night and waited so long for my food. And then when I got it, I didn’t get any fries, I got onion rings. I checked the receipt to make sure it got rang up right and it said fries, so I called back on the box and said no rush cause you’re busy, but I got onion rings instead of fries. I noticed I never got the 2 milks I ordered either. Figured I would tell someone when they came by with my fries, but nobody came for about 45 minutes so I just left because my families food was getting cold. I know they were busy, but really? You couldn’t spare a single person to put some fries in a bag and run back out? I know I said no rush, but I really just think someone forgot about me. Food was great though, so just go when they aren’t busy I guess they can’t handle it.

While I’m waiting going on 28 minutes for a single drink I might as well write a review. Why is this always the case with this location? It would be faster to drive across town and get a drink at another sonic location than to stop here. How has nothing been done? This has been poorly operated for years. I’m assuming it’s the training/management since there are always new servers and no matter the server they’re trained to gather multiple orders at once rather than take an order out as soon as it’s ready.

I ordered a medium Mozzarella Cheese sticks (the 6 count) and a Route 44 sweet tea. After a longer wait then usually for the order it came. I thanked them and hit the road. As I opened my bag I noticed they shorted me a cheese stick, and they were cold. Then I tried my sweet tea. There was no ice and it tasted like it had been sitting for a day or two.

The young man car hopping was very nice and polite but it took 12 minutes to be acknowledged after pushing the red button. It took over 20 minutes for a simple drink. It’s not the employees’ fault but this location is always slow or out of menu items. I live down the street but more often visit the Sonic location across town.

The lady that brought our food out was really nice. But the only food item in our order that was hot was the fries. Everything else was just slightly warm. The fries were extremely salty and that’s saying something for me because I add salt to everything. But even for me it was too salty. Which wasn’t good since it was the only hot food.

This is the worst Sonic ever! We waited 20 minutes and finally pushed the button again. The person inside asked if we moved stalls which we did not. Ben proceeded to remake our order which took another 10 minutes. I expected maybe a little something for a 30 minute wait, so I asked “We have to pay full price when you messed up the order?” The carhop said “I guess” in a rude tone. We’ll never go here again.

3 strikes…your out! 20 minutes after an order was placed…still no Sonic Blast. Please “owner”….don’t copy and paste your generic message about “escalating” it to franchise owner because obviously the last 2 times did not work. 3 cars in the parking lot should have told me to turn around and not even bother. Thought I would give it one more try for the benefit of improvement..but nothing has improved….heck should have drove to the Grapevine Sonic. It would have been faster. Dont see how you can stay in business.
