I went online to place an order with Papa Johns in West Lafayette, Indiana. I had a coupon that was valid for a large two topping pizza for $9.99. It would not take my promo code when I was online to order. So I called the store and the gentleman that answered said the promo code was invalid. Then he said to hang up and call back and dial one. I said I spent 20 minutes trying to get this pizza with the coupon and I am not going to waste another minute on it. He did not offer me any help me whatsoever!

The food is always good. I never do pick-up, so I’m not sure of the friendliness and whatnot of the staff in the store, but the delivery drivers are always incredibly nice. I wish delivery time was a little quicker, but they are located on a college campus, so I’m sure they are very busy. Overall, every experience I have had with them has been positive.

I live close to this place, so I regularly buy a pizza from there. They are very quick, and staffs are nice. When I had a duplicated order due to crash on papa john’s website, they immediately canceled my duplicated order even after they already made and set it ready for the pick-up. Most of the time, it’s even cheaper to buy a fresh baked pizza from here rather than buying a frozen pizza from a grocery store.

Carryout order took 35 minutes longer than they quoted. Waited in the lobby with approximately 20 (no exaggeration) other people waiting to pick up their food. Delivery drivers seemed to have no issues making multiple trips. Seems that they prioritize delivery over carryout. Multiple people requested refunds and left. Pizza is alright, but go somewhere else for better service and less of a wait.
