Not good. This was the worst pizza we’ve ever had. It was flavorless and greasy. So disappointed. We left half the pizza there to toss. Wraps were just ok. Cheese fries were overwhelmed by cheese. Left with stomachs that weren’t quite feeling right. It’s a clean place but the cleaning smell is overwhelming. Waitress was new, working alone, and overwhelmed. Cashier was not knowledgeable on the register. We got charged for our bill and someone else’s $50 bill. He said he took it off but it looks like we got charged a third time?

The food here is very good. But the old man that works there idk if he’s the owner, but he always has a very mean attitude. For instance on Tuesday the 11th of April the doors was unlocked. No sign if they was open or close but the light were off. When I asked if they were opening up soon he said very mean, don’t u see the light are off we are close. The people that work here are the most unfriendliest people I believe in the world if they hate their job that much sell the business and move on. I said to the one lady working there Hi how are you today? She looked at me and looked disgusted and just turned around, Don’t bother going there please. I will never go back

Want to know why Giovanna’s only gets 4 stars? It’s because despite the fact that I called in a takeout order 30 minutes before arriving, and was told it would take 25 minutes, they only STARTED making the 6 sandwiches when I arrived. That process took 20 minutes, which I had to sit there and wait for.

We ordered a large chicken stromboli, got home, all grabbed a piece and everyone complained there was no chicken or onions in it …and yep it was just CHEESE but after taking a photo we actually zoomed in and saw super TINY pieces of chicken mixed in with the melted cheese but not enough to taste. We actually called to see what this was that we got and the owner said it was a chicken stromboli then rudely asked if we even knew what a stromboli was…excuse me, but we’ve had the chicken stromboli before and loved it and it was FULL of huge chunks of chicken and cooked onions. This here was just a cheese filled stromboli with no flavor and just not good we all ended up tossing it! Basically we paid over $16 for a flavorless cheese bread. The owner offered no replacement, didn’t care about us bringing it in, and could have cared less! He actually became very loud and rude and hung up the phone on us! What kind of business owner does that?! Not one that wants repeat customers that’s for sure, because he lost our business and we go here weekly. We will be spreading the word about this place and hopefully the owner learns how to make the chicken stromboli because he said he personally made our order….well sir, it sucked! 🙂

Really good pizza and stromboli and reasonable menu prices overall. Sandwiches okay. Cheese steaks not so much…never saw a place not melt the cheese in with the meat and instead serve on soggy rolls with slabs of partially melted cheese across the opening of the roll. Still my pizza and stromboli go to, but sadly won’t be taking a chance on anything else.
