The food was hot and fast. The cook was very nice. After we paid the bill, the waitress stomped off, complaining loudly about only receiving a 15% cash tip. That is rude and unacceptable.

I want everyone to know all the cooks, supervisors, that worked on Mardi gra day morning Feb. 21st. did an awesome job. Very perfessional, great customer service. Very delightful attitudes.., very organized, and a very clean place. I took pictures of all the workers today. I’m hoping to place them on here some where.. I want to acknowledge one particular cook, his name is Chris. I watched him, he is very organized, a great team player, and keeps area clean in-between orders when can. Do not go to this waffle house! Worst service ever. We walked in, there were lots of empty tables, we picked a table and sat down. There were five staff behind the counter. We waited over 10 minutes and no one even came over with a menu or coffee. At one point, my husband said good morning to one of the staff walking by. She said good morning and just kept on walking. We continue to wait and watch as all five staff just stood around in the kitchen area. After about 15 minutes we just got up and walked out. Don’t waste your time going to this waffle house!

Had breakfast at the West Esplanade Ave, Kenner, La location this morning. Was a very nice and pleasant experience. Was welcomed by the employees when I walked in the door. The food was very good. The employees were very friendly with bubbling personalities. Would recommend and would return again if I’m in the area. May return even if I’m not in the area!
