Excellent place to eat. Staff was super friendly. Food was absolutely delicious!! The biscuits and gravy with their breakfast potatoes was awesome. Highly recommend. I know we will be dining there again next year while in Sedalia for the state fair.

Maybe we went at a bad time, but the service was absolutely awful. The 2 young waitresses were extremely unfriendly. We got there and waited at the door for 10 minutes to be seated. The older lady at the register never even looked up, and both the young waitresses just kept walking past us. Clara came out from the back and asked them to seat us. Neither of the waitresses was friendly. No one came back after we got our food except to drop off the ketchup and sauces. Never got any of our plates taken or a check. No water refills. Oh, and only maybe 6 other tables in there. We wanted dessert but never even got eye contact. The food was really good but I was really surprised that no one was friendly at all.

The food here is excellent. I had the Columbian breakfast and it was amazing. Service was top notch, my glass was never empty. Pricing is reasonable, I don’t think I could have fed the seven of us fast food for less.

Service was amazing, there was no wait time upon arriving, waiters where nice and helpful. I had there waffles and hash-browns which both where just amazing. Both of them being golden brown. The outside of the waffle was crispy and the inside was all so fluffy. Food was reasonably priced too.

Super Friendly staff. Clean place. Very quick on feet and The food was very delicious. I ordered the Country fried steak with mashed potatoes and white grave and green beans and a salad and my uncle had the tenderloin sandwich that’s is very good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting Good down to home style food.

Awesome home cooking! The place is exceptionally clean, and the service was extremely friendly and kind. I had the grilled pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans and a side of peaches. It was delicious and just the right size portions!

My husband and I are on our yearly anniversary trip. We started our trip with eating breakfast with Grandpa D. The owner is supper sweet and personable. The food is always on point, so it’s too hard to pick my favorite. Our children always clean their plates when we go. They are 16, 13, and 10. So if you are ever in the area or just want something other than the repeat food from in town, stop in. This place is a must stop in.
