Not a bad place for lunch. Decent pizza and a nice salad. I got the “Lunch Box” which is the special. Along with that you get a reusable cup and two tootsie rolls (which was kind of cute). My biggest complaint was the music was a weird electronic smooth jazz. Other than that, it was a nice stop.

A cheese pizza only has 3 ingredients so you’d think they wouldn’t skimp on the cheese. They always do it so I ordered and paid extra for extra cheese. Guess what? They still cheated me on cheese. Probably should be less than 3 stars for this but I order all the time and it’s usually quick and otherwise good, but they always put on light cheese.

Probably the best traditional American regional pizza place they cover the basics extremely well: thin crust, regular crust, breadsticks and salads. Toppings are outstanding never had a bad experience here. Charlie is the manager and hires friendly staff despite the tight labor market.

Placed an online order at 510PM, the email confirmation told me to show up at 542pm (which I did). Didn’t walk out until 615pm as the pizza wasn’t even started when I arrived.. Pizza was also lackluster, and they didn’t give me my dipping sauce with my breadsticks. Would not recommend. Overpriced as well.

Stopped in for lunch today. To my surprise they were not busy. My custom buffalo pizza was amazing with the “Hippie” dough and the bread sticks were hot and fresh. Amy the manager was clearly busy with store work but she still went out of her way to make sure my dining experience was everything it should have been. This was a very pleasant lunch for me as I am used to getting below standard service from other establishments in this area. I will definitely come back again and I highly recommend you go as well.

This HotBox location is absolutely fantastic! As an operations manager, I used them for catering several times over the holiday season and they exceeded my expectations every time! Marketing Director Jorge worked with me to accommodate employee dietary restrictions and odd drop off requests over Black Friday weekend. They even included plates, napkins and individually portioned out the cheese sauce so each employee could have his or her own. The excellent pizza was accompanied with exceptional communication throughout all of my orders. The food was fantastic, but the service I received from Jorge and every other HotBox employee I encountered was even better. I will continue to use this location for all of my pizza needs!
