It is one of my favorite fast food joints around! The quality of there food is off the charts, it’s a bit pricey for fast food but it makes up for it with presentation and quality. I also like how when you dine in they bring it out to your table if they don’t have it ready right away for you. And they’re pretty fast too! They’re also one of the only places left around that has a play area for children.

They’re very rude at this location. Cashier behaved like a deadpan sleepy zombie that seemed annoyed to take our order. At least at McDonald’s, you expect that type of attitude and lack of class there. There is no more respect for people my age anymore. My husband ordered the grilled chicken breakfast sandwich, and it looked as if his chicken were cut in half. Will not be coming back here again. They didn’t even say thank you or my pleasure here.

I love Chick-fil-A, but this morning, my sandwich was extra salty . I know I don’t eat salt unless it’s cooked in, but wow… I am sure they could lessen the salt content. Also, today was my 1st batch of soggy waffle fries . I will be fair and say that it was during changeover from breakfast to lunch… but is that really an excuse. I hope my next visit, the food, is back up above par.

Employees are rude and this location is terrible for to go orders. Always busy because they are slow and get a lot of orders wrong. The other 2 locations are far better and the employees aren’t rude and don’t look down on their customers like the hwy 70 store.

This place is awesome!! We eat here all the time. It’s always crowded but they move customers through there so fast, it’s unreal. I’ll tell you how fast they are; my daughter and I went inside to eat. We ordered our food and before the young lady could fill up 2 drinks the young man (Wesley) was walking around the dining area looking for us with our food. That’s fast!!! Gotta give props to Wesley, that dude was all about prompt service. Job well done. Always clean inside. Highly recommend stopping here. I will add this, traffic can be congested at times. Be careful pulling out. Look twice.

Who doesn’t love Chik-fil-A? Unpleasant people, that’s who! The people here are awesome! They are genuinely nice and courteous folks and the food they make here is just great. I can not speak for all Chick-fil-A’s but this one off Hwy 70 in Hickory, NC is amazing!
