Would have given it a higher rating of they showed some common sense. I rarely complain but this upset me. I ordered take out online Mexican pizza, 2 beef tacos(-lettuce), 2 beef +steak tacos(-lettuce), watermelon freeze, coke and 2 burritos. So go in to get my order and no watermelon freeze. Said we can give u another flavor I didn’t want another one but didn’t want to be difficult so I accepted. Get to the truck and realize all tacos have lettuce, fine I remove it before kids see it and they don’t complain. Then Mexican pizza opened and I forgot to order sour cream. No problem I go back in and ask for a side of sour cream, they say that’s a dollar, I didn’t think to bring in my wallet, so I say it would be courteous of u to give me the sour cream since u got 4 tacos wrong and didn’t have my drink. To which they say we can’t do that, we will make u 4 more tacos and give u another flavor drink but u still have to pay a dollar for the sour cream. I go back to the truck & get a dollar. Return and they give me 4 tacos and after I give her the dollar I get a very small container of sour cream. Needless to say they already ate their tacos and were no longer hungry so those were wasted. I guess they would rather waste food than give me a small container of sour cream. If they had done that we could have both admitted to being wrong and I would have given a 5 star score for being understanding. Why not just use common sense and give someone what they ask for if u know u have screwed up their order that bad. Won’t be stopping at this one again.

We are a family of five, so our order is always big! This location was the absolute beat I have been to. The lady taking our order was so nice and didn’t make us feel rushed. When we arrived at the window there was hardly any wait time and everything was perfect!! Whoever was working on 5/24/24 at 2:30pm was definitely on point!!

I am a massive Taco Bell fan who has probably been to over 50 TBs in 7 different states. On a trip down to Atlanta we stopped by this one after missing the exit for the one before and I’ll be damned if this wasn’t easily the top 3 TBs I’ve ever been to so I’m glad we made that mistake. The drive thru cashier Karryelle was so efficient. She got our order right, asked if we needed sauce, and gave us our receipt. Which seems simple but visit a TB in Atlanta and you’ll understand it’s not the case. Whoever was was in the kitchen was cooking like rent was due at midnight. Our food came out hot and fresh. It tasted like the ads showcase them. I wish I got my regular order but even in trying the new dipping taco I was very impressed. My roommate got a quesadilla that tasted so good we almost turned around for another one. 10/10 on this Taco Bell. Parking lot was clean and well lit. I’m sure the inside was just as nice.

This is a Taco Bell, what is there to say? I went in with no expectations in regards to service. Sometimes fast food places can be hit or miss with staff. This Taco Bell has a good staff. The 2 people my family interacted with were very friendly and literally served us with a smile. This is my new favorite Taco Bell!

Food was okay, prices always reasonable. On this trip small order mishap, was half way through the burrito when I realized there was no beef in it. Coworker said that was probably good fortune. 😉

It’s been a week, still trying to decide what to say… the service at every Taco Bell has reached a new low since going to kiosk ordering. This was probably the okayist visit I’ve had at Taco Bell since the 90’s. Nothing was wrong with the food, and the tables were clean.
