The customer service is very excellent; they greet me by my name and always make sure to have my coffee up to my standards. Atmosphere is fantastic to get some computer work done as well.

Convenient location. Coffee and food is good. But why the long wait?! When I stop in the mornings I use the drive thru I am usually the only car but end up waiting 15 minutes for my drink. I am retired barista myself so I am pretty understanding but come on, 15 minutes for an ICED COFFEE? Please work on this!

I love Caribou Coffee! They were in Illinois several years ago but I don’t think there is a store there now. There definitely isn’t a store in Kentucky so I was excited to see I can get my fill while in South Dakota. Better than that other national brand in my opinion.

i worked here for 4 days ONLY with 9months of barista experience and they fired me because the caribou i was training at didn’t like me or “didn’t want me training there”. they were rude while i was working there and did NOT give me a chance nor a valid reason to fire me. they were not clean and absolutely disrespectful to customers when they leave the drive thru. non decent workers and non decent place. take to notice they’re the third option AFTER starbucks snd scooters.

Any time I come through to get a mixed coffee drink, I’m asked if I would like an extra shot of espresso. I appreciate that and will always take the extra shot if asked. I can’t tell you how nice it is to see a few gluten free options on the menu and I know if I’m in a rush, I can get something to eat here with few issue as they come prepackaged. I’ve never had an issue eating their gf items here and I appreciate it!
