After standing for 5 min finally flagged someone down and asked if it was seat yourself was told yes. Sat at a table for a good 20 minutes (we were a group of 5) a table of 3 Sat next to us and was waited on. No one ever came to or table or talked to us after telling us to sit wherever we like

We live 40 minutes out and we never can seem to get all of our order. Currently driving to another store to pick up missing items. They will give us a credit but when we use it to order they still mess things up. Wings without sauce, missing pizza or crustless pizza, which is a dietary NEED. The reason it gets missed is because they have given us part of another person’s order so by looking at the boxes everything is there when in fact we are missing things with other things in it’s place. Either that or they just can’t tell the difference between a crustless pizza and a brownie. So after a 40 minute drive in and a 40 minute drive home we are taking another hour round trip drive to another store to pick up the missing parts of our order so the family member with the dietary need doesn’t do without food again. That also means that’s another hour that food is sitting cold before the rest of the family can eat

Amazing salad bar I always love! Great quality food. Pizza is always fresh and made to order. Ham and cheese calzone is always delicious as well as ham and cheese hoagie or lasagna. Cheese dippers so yummy. Great friendly service. Facility remodeled spring 2018.

Met my daughter for dinner. We had the chicken alfredo pizza. Our server J lee was young and seemingly inexperienced. Service was terrible. We never got our water refilled, we had to go get our own extra salad, we had to go to the counter to order our own beers. We even had to have him add the extra salad to the bill.

Once again very little pizza on the buffet. Pizza wasn’t good either. MAJOR PROBLEMS 1. Cook cut up bread sticks without gloves and I saw him wipe his face and hair then back to cutting. 2. Guy making pizza had the nastiest hair. Hair hung down to his nose and he looked through it. No hair net. If I had seen this first I would not have eaten. Second try in 5 years and I won’t go back. This was 2/14/23. YES, MANAGER WAS THERE BUT LEFT BEFORE I COULD TALK TO HIM.

Went here on a Wednesday at around 5:30pm, with no other people in the lobby. We waited about 30 minutes for 1 pasta dish and sandwich to come out to us. Our last pasta dish took another 15 minutes to get out to our table. They then informed us that they had to thaw sauce out. I wish they would’ve informed of us this earlier and my review would’ve been different. My bread was covered in way too much parsley and garlic. The sandwich we ordered came with all toppings when ordered with no mayonnaise and tomato, the waitress even recited it back to us. We only got a refill on 1/3 drinks the whole time. The manager was polite when he came over and was able to resolve the situation.
