If you sit down to eat here, you have to pay $3 for a cup of tap water. This is the only establishment I’ve ever been to where the cashier refused to give me a cup for water and told me I need to pay for it. The cashier said it was a change in policy and that she does not make the rules. I’m not eating here again, I’m very put off by the greediness. Customers shouldn’t be forced to buy water.

Great spot if you wanna get your veggies in in a fun, delicious way. You can create your own pizza, add as many toppings as you want for about $14. I recommend asking if they are willing to make it a garlic crust- you just ask if they can put the garlic aioli on the crust before or after choosing your toppings.

I must say for chain pizza it is pretty good with the flavor and options. Ingredients are all fresh and they have many different toppings. This restaurant was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have been going here for a few years and never disappoints.

I have been ordering food from blaze pizza for over two years and I never ever had a complaint. However today I was surprised when the pizza I ordered was delivered in a box not sealed and not completely closed. I think with everything going on you have to be more careful and seal the boxes. The deliver by uber was fast the driver was very nice but still it’s blaze’s fault to send food just like that. I didn’t want give a bad review on line but since no one answers the phone I feel that I have to call you guys the attention for this situation. And the receipt was inside the box with the pizza. Really? I didn’t eat my pizza. Who ever is in charge needs to be a little more responsible.

Blaze. The Chipotle of Pizza. Always get the build your own, add as many toppings as your heart desires for around $10. The wait can be 10-15 minutes at busy times, but the pizza doesn’t take long to bake. One of my favorite spots for lunch or dinner.

Julie and Cassandra are very rude and not customer oriented. I waited outside for 2 hours for your pie day promotion. I asked the representative if I can get two because I had my wife’s phone with her app on the phone because she was in the car with our 2 infant children. Both managers were very rude and said you can read the terms and conditions. I read the terms and conditions and it says per rewards member, it doesn’t say they physically have to be present. So I told both managers the terms and conditions they wanted to me to read, and instead of being human and customer service people and apologizing, they stated go to this website if I want to complain. Terrible customer service! I am a manager of a fortune 25 company and if anyone of my people treated a customer this way, they wouldn’t have a job. Better yet, they would’ve been trained so they never treated a customer so unprofessional! So I waited 2 hours and left needing to go to another restaurant to buy another meal because Julie and Cassandra were Terrible customer service managers. I hate writing negative reviews, but this was the only option they gave me!
