This is without a doubt the best chicken sandwich on the fast food landscape. The only one that’s better is the double down from KFC but that is only available like 1 month out of the year. They probably have the best Mac and cheese also. It’s very cheesy. The frosted lemonade is great if you like lemonade. It’s like a lemonade shake.

Worst chick fila experience ever. This location is awful. The wait was very long. The person taking the order was mumbling so I couldn’t understand him. I asked for three regular chicken tenders and a kale crunch salad. I got three Spicy chicken tenders with no sauce, I got a container of kale with no almonds, no dressing, no fork to even eat it with. Will never go back to this location.

Stop by to pick up a lemonade. Placed my order and proceeded to the window. When I arrived at the window a man said my name and I said yes. He told me my total and I handed him my card. He processed my card then handed it back to me. He handed my my drink and a small card and said, this tell you how to place a mobile order it’s easier and just walked away.

We have been to this Chic-fil-a at least 10 times, and every time the service and food has been great! What is it with chic-fil-a’s workers?!? They are so polite, friendly and courteous. We had a new girl take our order, it was her 1st day, and she was so sweet and did an excellent job. Her name was Arianna. The manager was so young and looked like she was just out of diapers, but is so responsible and cheery! The only con about this place that head corporate, I’m sure is aware of, is that the location is awful. It’s on such a busy corner and only one place for everyone to get in and out.

This is the first time that I went to the machesney Park Chick-fil-A and it was a big mistake I had to repeat my order two times and then when I got up to the window to get my order they still didn’t have my order correct , I had to repeat my order again and then I guess the girl named Hannah thought it was funny to put my name as Abraham when my name is April! Never again!
