Jenna is AMAZING!! I dined recently during a business trip and she made me feel so welcome and treated me like a VIP. She recommended several great food items and her personality is wonderful. The pork chop and meatballs are divine. Management must give her an immediate raise AND recognize her for a job well done. When I return to the area, I will visit Osteria because of Jenna and the delicious food and amazing staff.

A colleague and I went there last night after both working a long shift hoping for a good meal and pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, we experienced neither. The restaurant is extremely loud and noisy. There was a shortage of cooks so our food took a significant time to come out. Our pizza which was supposed to be brick oven was very burnt and flavorless. Our salad was absolutely off putting and nothing like described on the menu. The pasta we ordered was bland and the sauce was watery but we were so hungry that we ate it. The staff was obviously overwhelmed and unable to give proper attention to their tables. The manager offered us a free dessert for the trouble but did not let us choose which one we would like so it ended up not being something we both did not eat. Overall, just a very disappointing experience and not worth the price. If you are looking for a quality Italian meal then I would seek out other options.

Attached to the hotel I was staying in, I decided to give it a try. I’ve ended up eating dinner here 3 nights I a row. The food and portions speak for themselves, but Jenna behind the bar stood out even beyond that. Her customer service skills were top notch. Not only did she command the entire bar crowd, but greeted every person entering the establishment, assisted the wait staff, and pleasantly recommended dishes that overperformed in every way. Jenna wears many hats and I hope she gets the accolades she deserves!
