Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins just for them to not even make the order correctly. Stop shopping at carls or Hardee’s in general. Every establishment is trash and nasty, 4 stores near me and they never have the capability to accomplish anything in less than 10-15 mins and ur order will be wrong 80% of the time. Close this entire franchise

I don’t who owns this location but it needs work all around.. we have never stopped at this one before and won’t ever again. Took about 20min for our food, everyone was moving in slow motion except one lady. The biscuits were over cooked and there was hardly any other ingredients in between. The eggs were thin and flat, a couple of broken pieces of bacon and my husband’s was worse.

This is the most rundown Carl’s Jr in this state. What happened to these stores. Everything’s broken, the people act like they are robbers who were forced to act like employees because someone pulled up. They barely greet you, they don’t repeat your order when you finish to make sure you got it right. They get every order wrong and the food was cooked sometime yesterday. I wouldn’t write anything if it didn’t keep happening. I say I want extra sauce and they tell me they put it on the side; If I wanted to make my own food I would have. How does Edmond have the worst Carl’s Jr?

The service and employees here are terrible. I’ve attempted to eat breafeast at this location a couple times and the service and wait time to place an order is unbearable. Meanwhile MCDonalds accross the street churns through their drive through lines. Owners of this location are doing a terrible job of hiring and training managers and employees. This location sucks, just stay away. So aggregating.
