Stopped in for a Cuban sandwich. Very nice little place. Sadly, I was told the outside seating was not dog friendly. Inside was nice, service was alright. The sandwich was good. The pork had a real good flavor. A little thin on the meat side, but a good Cuban sandwich non the less. We will definitely go back and try some other menu items. Go give them a try!

I hope this place sticks around! Probably the closest to my dominican food I have come across in this state. I know that they are cuban but it comes soo close in flavor!

I’ve had the Cuban sandwich here twice and its amazing. The sandwich is served with a delicious and fresh green sauce which tastes of lime cilantro and jalapeños. I would recommend calling in your order to reduce your wait time. They are a new small business which deserves your patience and understanding as they work to improve the service. Give it a try!

First visit and loved it! No long wait for service or food and both were great. Large portions at reasonable prices. Top off the meal with a guava empanada – wow really tasty.

Can I just say… wow! Stopped in for a late dinner. The food was delicious, the service was amazing. Pricing made everything that much better! This is a must try, and will now be a regular place for our family!

Lived in Tampa for many years often eating at Ybor City. The food here compares well with what I had there. I had the Cuban Sandwich which was the best I’ve had since leaving Tampa and quite authentic. My brother-in-law had the shrimp in Creole sauce with yucca and plantains as his sides. He had never eaten Cuban food before. He said they very excellent as well. I recommend this restaurant without qualification.

I never leave google reviews, much less bad reviews anywhere because I am a fellow food industry person, but I feel that I really need to share my experience. I’ve been to this restaurant three different times; the first time I went, they were out of pretty much everything, so I got the ribs and they were awesome, super juicy and tasty. The second time I visited, I got the ribs again, except they were kinda small and dry and the portions were noticeably smaller. My third time was *not* the charm, because I got ropa vieja which is typically my favorite thing to order when I visit Cuban restaurants, and this time they had raised the prices by $2-$3 and the portion sizes were laughable. I’ve never been so upset about spending $15 in my life. Ropa typically comes served on rice and it doesn’t count as a side; I was served a tiny amount of shredded beef literally smeared onto a paper plate, I had gotten red beans and fried yuca as a side, there was an unidentified object friend into the yuca and would be surprised if there were actually any red beans swimming around in the soupiness that we were served. I was super excited when I found that Wboro was getting a Cuban restaurant and told a lot of people about it, but when I got reports back that weren’t great, I chalked it up to “maybe you just didn’t get the right thing”

I ordered the Cuban sandwich with Mac n cheese and the meat on the sandwich was so thin and spread out, the Mac n cheese taste like it was from a box. I ordered chicken nuggets and they were flat mostly breading! Very disappointed with the quality of food!

Got the 1/4 chicken with 2 sides. The chicken was a bit dry, but it wasn’t too bad. The congri rice and the yucca with mojo were good. I do hope they expand their menu a bit and include some more items for customers to try. The price was amazing. $8.40 for a lunch is nigh unheard of. All this being said, I will be bringing my wife to try some more Cuban food!
