Great service, it was busy but we were helped promptly. Cashier very courteous. Food was hot and fresh. The dining room was very warm (the sun was shining brightly right through windows and skylights so AC maybe couldn’t keep up.)

Would not take our order at 11:20 pm! Kept looking around the corner at us without helping! This place needs some serious help and needs to learn how to make money and treat customers appropriate! Didn’t even have the courtesy too say they were closed or anything while they were looking at us!

App hours show location closes at 9PM even though they close at midnight. Because of this, I was unable to use a coupon just before 11 PM. I feel like this franchise owner / management is trying to rip people off. I asked to use a coupon code from a different location or my loyalty number to earn points and was told no. When I asked why the employee said “I don’t know”. Corporate was contacted and apologized but can’t do much as this is a franchise location.

I feel like bergerking is going down hill fast. I was in the military where every base had one. I loved eating there. The one in wenatchee always seemed like I’m getting day old frys and the sandwich is soggy. Every time i go out of town i want to try bk because i miss it. The one in north bend had a great crew. The berger was good but the frys where ok at best and the drink machine was not working right.

My mozzarella sticks were hard and the cheese was extremely tough and solid on the inside. My burger was also already luke warm when I got it and the taste was just awful. The chocolate shake I got was good but the food quality was awful.

The employees here are just doing the best they can. This location is chronically understaffed and overwhelmed especially on the weekends. Waited 32 minutes in the drive through as the lobby is still closed. Food has always been decent though.

This was one of the fastest drive-through experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the time I pulled up to place my order to the time I pulled away with it was probably under a minute it’s actually quite impressive. I got the impossible burger which is just as good as I was expecting it to be. This locations also in a really nice place if you decide to sit in your car and eat your lunch or dinner there’s a nice view of the mountains in the snow and blue skies and on the right day so I had a good experience here I’ll come back

Went through the drive through mother’s day afternoon after traveling over the pass. Was greeted at the intercom by an employee who was pretending to have an accent and trying to be funny rather than doing his job. After wasting 10 minutes trying to order, I got sick of his games and drove up to the window and all the employees scattered and went and hid. Very unprofessional and will never stop there again.

Had lunch here, it was hot and made well. Not like other places that put the burgers with lettuce and everything in the warmer all day. Gross. Didnt go inside, but I had a good lunch.
