I have been going to Charla’s for a long time and this was the worst service in the worst food I have ever received from there! My husband went to the bar three different times for a beer and was charged three different prices! We had to ask for chips and salsa, we had to ask for drinks, we had to ask for refills, the chips tasted burned or from old grease. Then when it came time to pay all of our checks were outrageous!!! My husband had a cheeseburger and I had a burrito and tea and our check was $40!!! Needless to say we will not be going back

Used to love going to Charlas atleast once a week, the caldo de res,menudo and steak plate were always great, the last 2 times I went I got charged for things I didn’t order but was told that was because prices went up and hadn’t reflected yet so they had to add it that way, I thought it was weird so we stopped going for a while,well I’m sick and wanted some caldo de res, the soup its self tastes like there is some type of chemical in it maybe soap or cleaning agent im not sure but it tasted awful along with the potatoes and carrots not even being cooked just hard and raw still, really done eating and ordering Togo from here,place has gone down hill. 0/10 do not recommend.
