First time in, was not at all expecting what we got. Husband and I ordered sushi and hibachi entrees, egg rolls and crab Rangoon. Holy cow. I kid you not the box with the entree that came out weighed 3 lbs. It was massive. I had steak which was actual steak, cooked the way I asked and cut into nice thick chunks. The veggies also big and grilled. I expected 1 egg roll in the order and we each got 2 and the crab Rangoon was smooth and creamy. I was really impressed. Is it fancy? No it’s simple to go style but you can still sit down inside if you want. The staff was super friendly and the food came out hot and fast. We will absolutely be back.

Excellent sushi and hibachi, sushi was fresh, well made, and nicely presented. The hibachi was a HUGE quantity and had a great flavor. The staff was superb and very attentive. There is no better value for the quantity. This is without question the best Japanese restaurant in the Canton area and easily as good as the best hybrid asian restaurants in the area. If you’ve not yet tried it, I can’t recommend it enough!

This place is deceiving when you walk in but wow is the food good! I’m very picky with sushi and it was all delicious and the Hibachi! So much food and so good! Definitely a new favorite restaurant!

Fresh food and fast, friendly service. Absolutely ecstatic this place finally opened! We got some sushi and garlic broccoli, the fish looked very nice and tasted great. The broccoli was piping hot and very garlicky. The sushi rice isn’t as sweet/tangy as other sushi joints but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

My g/f and I tried this new place today. Slightly skeptical. We ordered: Crab Rangoon, Fried special roll (forgot name), chicken/steak hibachi with fried rice and noodles, chicken hibachi with fried rice and noodles. She said it would be about 25 min, but we got it in probably 10-15. That was star #1.

Chicken fried rice and tuna/sushi rolls were really good! Crab Rangoon and gyoza were average. Atmosphere was ok. Definitely will hit this place for carry out. Nice addition to options in Louisville.

My first Japanese restaurant! I can’t say how it compares to other Japanese restaurants, but I love this place! The sushi, fried rice, and soup are fresh and have a good flavor. The prices are reasonable. And the service is great- quick, professional, and very friendly! Definitely worth checking out for all those visiting the “Constitution Town”! 🙂
