VERY BAD BAD SERVICE!!!! Will never come here again, please fix the staff attitude. The guy in this picture was screaming and yelling at customer even though it was his fault! I saw him yelling at one young girl after she told him she got the wrong food, and he yelled and threw the box at her when it’s not even her fault.

About as good of a dish of Chinese food you’ll get at a mall. Combo platter with entree and choice of either fried rice or noodles. The sesame chicken was tasty, but the noodles were greasy. Still a lot of food for not a lot of money.

lady giving out samples was really nice . The ONLY reason Im giving it three stars was because the little female with the white nike hat trying to take orders at the front was rude. Her attitude was not necessary .

Ok soooo I have been here a few times and the service is ALWAYS poor. They are short and snarky with everyone. But because the reputation for the food is well known people like me tolerate it. They even hired someone new to greet the customers and take orders and HE IS still short and snarky. This time my main dish was meh but the plantains are extremely good . I will try my best not to return though

This experience could have been detrimental to my health! There was a piece of metal inside of my fried fish and luckily I noticed it before eating the piece it was stuck inside of. I will NEVER return to this place and I highly DO NOT recommend!!

When I worked at the mall, Suki Hana used to be my go to place for lunch or dinner depending on the shift. I loved their honey chicken and had it often with the white rice and potatoes. Rarely did I expect pleasantries as they always had long lines but once recognized, they did acknowledge me. I think there were some instances where I did have some minor gastrointestinal distress, but they were too few to mention. I haven’t been here in awhile as there is a far superior Japanese restaurant outside the mall, but this place had my business for years.

Got the spicy and bourbon chicken with potatoes and lomein on Monday 6/20/22. The next morning I had unbearable stomach pains/cramps.. going on day 2 and I still feel jacked up. I know food poisoning when I see it. Health inspector needs to pay them a visit. Fast. 2 stars because my food was pretty good but I won’t be back.
