I bought 4 pizzas from this restaurant this evening, three of which were supposed to be thin crust with extra cheese. Two of the pizzas had literally no sauce on them, which is NOT how I ordered them. The same two pizzas did NOT have the extra cheese, which I did order and paid extra for. Those two pizza had very little flavor due to the lack of sauce, obviously. The other two pizzas were made correctly and were good.

I ordered 2 medium Pepperoni Pizzas, 1 large Meat Lover’s and some Honey Barbecue wings and when I say everything was on point it was so fye The crust on those pies omg so buttery and amazingly delicious !!! The wings where cooked Perfect That was an amazing meal for us hard workers!!! Y’all did great Pizza Hut ❤️❤️❤️

Well normally I would give a good one but tonight they got my order wrong so then I had to wait still waiting actually.. The manager girl compensated me with a drink witch was fine. But then the driver gave me a dirty look because I parked next to him. And the manager knew she was not sure what my order was supposed to be but she went to the bathroom for 4 min before she came out and asked me.!! Just not a good experience this time!!! This was the Sherwood location on Friday the 10th of February

Ordered a few times these last two times have been a determining factor I wont order again. Order last week the pizza was fine however the brownie was under cook. This week decided would order but not get brownie. The pizza was a mess. Obvious no one check this pizza whom ever cook today need training truly unacceptable how this pizza was made. The breadstick suppose to have cheese but half had cheese the other didnt. The driver was nice though the food wasnt made properly it was hot that’s the only reason it get two stars. For sure will take my business else were going forward. Quality is everything you guys have missed it twice. I dont have money to waste.

I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut for years and it’s just went downhill recently. My mother-in-law ordered 2 months ago and we were told 30 minutes for the pizza and it took over an hour. We ordered from there about 3 weeks ago and my husband went picked our order up. When he got home we were missing our wings. I called and asked about them and the girl told me their fryer was down. However, instead of taking them off when my husband paid and picked up the food, I had yo call wait to talk to someone and then what for it to credit back to my account It gets so much worse. Last night we ordered online and it told us 45-60 minutes for delivery. It took us over 2 hours to get our food. And when we did, it wasn’t our food. When I called I was told that my order was still sitting there in the window and now old. That they’re short on drivers and their MANAGER grabbed the wrong order. The order that was delivered to us came in like 30 minutes after mine. You have a manager that can’t even pull a correct order? The girl said she would just cancel our order and we could keep or throw out the order that was delivered. We threw it out once we picked up a slice of it and found hair on the pizza. Horrible experience.
