Worst most disrespectful Pizza Hut. We have had problems in the past with rude drivers and under cooked pizza. It’s been 6 months figured we would try one more time and this time forgotten sauce when when they said they would bring it down after calling they did not even bring the correct amount. Driver was rude gave me attitude. Called to speak to manager and yet again put on hold and ignored. I guess we go back to ordering from somewhere else.

Pizza was terrible been going down hill. They use to have good pizza. Old good employees left. They forgot to drop my wings in the fryer. So have to wait. I won’t be coming back. Sticking to better places than pizza hut.

I ordered wings and paid for them, they never arrived. The pizza i ordered was hand tossed i got thin crust. I had to throw both away they were so bad. I tried to call the store, no one ever picked up when transferred the phone rang then cut off, we called 4 times no one ever answered. I will never order from the Avon store again and will discourage others from ordering from them.

Do yourself a favor and order from another pizzeria. Ordered pizza, pasta, dessert, and drinks for delivery. about a week and half ago. Order shows up without the drinks–driver knows nothing about it. Meanwhile, it’s been charged to my credit card, so I call the store. “We’re so sorry, we’ll get it right out to you.” 40 minutes later the drinks finally arrive. Right away does not equal 40 minutes. To my mind, if they knew it was going to take that long, they should have offered to refund the cost of the drinks to my credit card–we could have gone and gotten soda in less than 40 minutes! Complained and corporate offered a credit to be used on next order from that location–just tried to use it–can’t get through to them, so I have to GO THERE to use it according to corporate–which is NOT what I was told when they offered it.

I order from here all the time, never specify a specific crust, when I pick up my 2 large pizzas and take them home, it’s a crust with no seasoning, seems like a flat crust. I call the location and the girl told me “you didn’t specify what crust you wanted so you got what we made”. Could have offered for me to at least drive back up and trade for the pizzas I NORMALLY RECEIVE, but she didn’t care. Little caesars tastes better than this. Never had any issues before, but wasting my money on 2 large pizzas, one meat lovers at that, is really disappointing.
