The employees were probably all stoned. Their service was whack. They each took their sweet time just to take our order. We waited almost ten minutes before any of the workers spoke to us. There were no customers before me, so there was no reason to have me wait so long. After I finally placed my order, they got my order wrong and were not served together. Two meals. Only two customers. I believe there were at least five young employees. Didn’t get the order right. Food was not freshly made. The fries weren’t hot. All the employees were literally just standing around without a care in the world. Horrible experience with this Popeyes. Oh yeah. My husband ordered the ghost peppers. He said they didn’t taste as he expected. He thought the ghost pepper wings would taste like the spicy chicken only with a ‘BANG!’. Nope. Popeyes Ghost peppers taste similar to their mild chicken without mild. Indeed the name itself will have you wondering, ‘Where’s the “BANG?”!

Been here several times, and every time they mess up the order. Last time got all the way home and they forgot the chicken nuggets, drove all the way back and they couldn’t even hook us up with a drink. The manager said you already got your drink. Seriously!!! They must think gas is free. Way to take care of your customers. Management needs retrained, on how you appreciate your customer’s. Must think I have nothing better to do, but go back , because of there mistakes. Definitely check all your items before leaving, keeps happening.

Started reading the reviews as we sat down to wait for our food and got a little nervous. They were out of spicy chicken strips so we said we would wait for them to make more. It took an extra 25 minutes which was fine. We were not in a hurry.

Awful. They were “out of” any side that involved using a fryer which means all the disgusting cold chicken being sold was made earlier so they could turn the fryers off 45 minutes before closing, 15 to 30 min is completely understandable. But when you have a line 45 minutes before close that probably means leaving the fryer on would allow for happier customers and better food. Being given the awful surprise of the strawberry biscuit instead of the regular buttermilk was the best part of the cold horrible meal.

I have been coming to this popeyes for a while now and I never had issues in the past. The girl manager running Popeyes not only has been rude once but multiple times. I live in the area so Popeyes is my local place and just knowing that the manager is not friendly and super rude makes me not want to go to the store again. She has also served undercooked chicken to me and spilled the whole spicy buffalo sauce in my bag .

Ordered a spicy blacked chicken and spicy tenders. I got neither. the tenders are regular and my “spicy” blackened chicken is has Mayo on it. Also the lady repeated my order back. O and on top of it no receipt so I can’t even bring it back. Thanks Popeyes.
