Well aside from the fact that Dunkin’ Donuts coffee drinks are basically coffee flavored syrup and food is garbage, the customer service was also atrocious. The girl at the counter were rolled her eyes at my 14-year-old daughter and snapped at her, saying that “we obviously can’t break that”, and proceeds to smirk at her and look at her as if she is stupid and should have known better. Anyways, my daughter comes out to the car to tell me what I just happened to her inside of Dunkin’ donuts. So I’m cool, so I’m professional, and really immature. People like this shouldn’t work in customer service positions.

I go here a lot in the mornings to do work and get breakfast, and it’s not terrible. The donuts are always fresh and the service is very good. However, when I get a bagel with cream cheese, they do a terrible job putting the cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. They also cannot seem to get my coffee order correct. If you order your coffee with “less cream,” it tastes like your drinking a glass of milk.

They have a nice dining area, and generally pretty comfortable if you like brighter areas. Seating has always been bit trendy (take a look at the photos others have taken), but I’m not sure if this is just in State College Dunkin’ or not, as I do not recall other places styled like this. Window faces traffic and generally feels pleasant to look out and watch cars and people go by.

I was in this location recently and an employee ( I believe her name was Amanda) was making my order, and my whole time I was in there she wasn’t wearing her mask properly. I waited to see if she would fix it but she didn’t, she even coughed close to my drink while her mask was below her mouth. This can’t be happening especially in a pandemic SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.
