Just had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Burger King before. I tried picking up a Grubhub order for someone who’s very sick in the hospital and all they wanted was some Burger King at around 11:30pm on 3/14/2023 and the kid working was incredibly rude when I pulled up to the drive thru. There was radio silence for a good 10 minutes until I finally asked if anyone was there and still no greeting. I go up to the window and he gives me the middle finger and said that they’re closed even after I told him it wasn’t for me it was an order.. very disappointed in the lack of human kindness. I will be avoiding this Burger King cause this person has terrible energy. 0/10

My son is allergic to eggs, therefore, he cannot have mayonnaise. It results in swollen throat, vomiting, and swollen eyes. So he cannot eat or see. Well these fools cannot understand why it is important to listen to customers when they ask for an omission. To make extra sure, we ask for no mayo for the entire order. NOPE! They just couldn’t do it. My son took a bite because us idiots trusted the burger king people. He spent the afternoon sick. Thanks alot jerks. Oh, and then their phone number listed in Google is incorrect so, no talking with them directly about it. Not ever eating there or any other BK again. Too bad because their burgers are better than McDonald’s.
