Finally visited the new Asuka location here in Englewood and ordered their spicy shrimp ramen, spicy tuna poke bowl, and a couple of appetizers – the food was delicious! Fresh and rich, the spicy ramen broth was so tasty and my husband enjoyed his poke bowl, the appetizers were also very yummy! Service was friendly and prompt!

Ordered from here because our normal place was closed today and OMG!!! The rainbow bowl is seriously SOOO good! The fish is very fresh and the ingredients go so well together! Fresh, tangy and just the right amount of spicy! Ahhh…

Definitely a 2.5-3/5 but want to give this new restaurant the benefit of doubt. I had the spicy chicken ramen. It is extremely bland like zero taste going on, the spice is almost non existent. Noodles were slightly mushy and not firm like they should be fresh, also a very small portion of noodles. Chicken was good but lacked flavor and was on the fatty side. Also definitely prefer pickled egg with ramen over the slightly poached runny one. Worth the $20 price tag? Absolutely not. But I’m definitely gonna give this place another shot and order something else next time. I had take out but the restaurant seemed nice and so did the staff.

Ordered ahead on the phone. Order was sold to another customer. So I repurchased my order with it being slightly different. Asked for it to be remade and stated I would wait in my vehicle. Waited ten minutes and went back in. Front counter stated that the other customer called back and was bringing back the original order. No order was being made.

The food here typically tastes great, and we’ve ordered many times for delivery, however I was not impressed with our service on our most recent pick-up order. They forgot to make my partner’s meal, so he had to wait while they prepared his food. In the time it took to wait then drive home, my meal (containing raw fish) was sitting out way too long and had a funky taste. I understand that mistakes happen and things get missed, but I was disappointed that the restaurant did nothing to rectify the situation. They could have at least given us a discount on the dish they missed or a free appetizer or dessert to make up for the inconvenience.

First time and it was great. I’m always looking for a good ramen place around the city that’s not downtown. There were plenty of places to sit, food came out in the expected time and really clean inside. Had the spicy pork ramen at the suggestion of the cashier and it wasn’t disappointing at all. Also, got the edamame and the portion was a great size. Ordered the chicken fried rice for the kids and they enjoyed it. My son being picky about new food (because sometimes it can be over stimulating for him with autism) but even he had no complaints. Really good experience.
