Food was good. Service sucked. Had to flag down someone every time we wanted something including taking our order. The waiter was clueless and kept wanting to charge us for sides that came with the platters we ordered. He could not grasp that at all no matter how many times I showed him the menu because the tablet they use to take orders on didn’t match the menu. Will not return on next visit.

Nico our server/bartender was so accommodating..friendly and just amazing. We started with chips and salsa and Arancini. Then got the Bulgogi tacos,street corn and cesear salad. The salad wasn’t anything to write home about. Shrimp in it was good. But the rest was eh. Enjoyed our time here.

I ordered the fish tacos and duck fat French fries. I really enjoyed the fries as I’ve never had them fried in duck fat before. The fish tacos were good although each taco had a small cube of fish as you may see in the picture. Small might be a generous word to describe it. Service was great and my family of five really liked our visit to Luna. I wish I could remember our servers name because she was outstanding! I think it was Crystal but not sure. She really took care of us.

Most comfortable spot for dinner with the decent atmosphere, pretty good bar selection, and tasty food. Wait can be a little long sometimes, even when it seems fairly empty. Food is a little expensive for what it is.

The waitstaff was great, atmosphere was decent. The food was just not good. We got the gyro which had no toppings and the meat was flavorless and hard as a rock, mostly burnt, served with cold, soggy fries. We also ordered the tacos which were overpriced with absolutely no toppings….please wait the extra 30 minutes to be seated elsewhere.

Waited 2.5 hours for a small poutine, and there was only like 2 other people in the restaurant. The waitress was flirting with other customers and forgot to bring me my food. The man she was flirting with came over and told me it was sitting out for nearly 3 hours and she forgot, since the waitress was not honest about her mistake. I paid a lot of money for cold, soggy poutine. Then the restaurant ignored my effort to contact them about my experience. Ruined my night.

Overpriced and mediocre street food. Sometime will make you wait over an hour because they prioritize their delivery orders, which are numerous because they operate 5+ ghost kitchens out of this restaurant. To me this seems like a shady business practice at best.

They wouldn’t seat us for food because we weren’t there for trivia. Like what?? There were at least 6 tables open with no one waiting to get in at 9pm on a Monday and they denied us to eat there. Don’t waste your time.

This was my first time eating at Luna and it was during the global pandemic, so my experience was including their social distancing and safety measures. Ordering on the iPad was a breeze. My partner and I ordered a taco special with the mezcal chicken tacos and the bulgogi tacos, wings, and Mexican poutine.

I’ve been here before and the place is good I had there food with my friend around 10PM but I went there again and they asked for ID and told us we needed to be over 21. Apparently if you want to dine in after 9PM you have to be 21 and have an ID. They should say this somewhere because it makes no sense that I had to come here and not be able to eat here.
