Why is my mobile order NEVER READY when I arrive to the drive thru to pick it up? I place the order at least 20 minutes ahead of time, and every single time when I get to the window I’m told to “pull up and wait” beyond the drive thru area. This place is so annoying. One time recently I said to the lady “how long is it gonna be because I need to get to work, and you always have me waiting forever!!” she turned around and my food was literally sitting in back of her, ready. If I wouldn’t have said anything I would’ve been waiting for nothing!

The food is always good but the service is why I’ve rated this location so low. They are extremely rude and they do not like to be asked for simple dipping sauces napkins etc. I get save money where you can but 1 dipping sauce is not going to bankrupt your franchise. Its a poor choice between customer service and bottom line.
