The food here is delicious. It is a quiet little hole in the wall bar that has restaurant quality food. The drinks are mediocre, but the food more than makes up for it. They close pretty early to be a bar to avoid the riff raff (which I appreciate). Even if you don’t stay for a drink. A to-go order is worth the trip. I recommend the blackened salmon, mac & cheese, and spinach.

The service sucks! I won’t be back! Felt ignored, food came out well done when asked it to be medium, no apology or nothing. Asked could fan be turned down, was ignored again. Some idiot from kitchen stated “he didn’t feel like turning fan down” he acted as if he actually told someone else to help me but didn’t. I will never be back.

Went to grab something to eat for take out yesterday. The crowd was minimal; not many people at all. After sitting, it took the bartender a long time to assist. Even a man sitting a couple chairs down from me noticed how ASHLEY, the bartender eagerly chose to ignore me. But I continued to sit quietly.

Had a really good night out here. Live music was playing. It was a one man band and he did a great job. Sick on the electrical keyboard! My BF had the blacken chicken sandwich which was really good. I had fried catfish, mac & cheese, and fries and it was ssoooo good!! Will definitely return!

I ordered the blackened salmon with red beans and rice, and macaroni and cheese. I got the Korean beef dumplings for my appetizer, with sweet and sour sauce. Now, salmon is my favorite fish. And I have to say, I will NEVER eat salmon anywhere else again. It was juicy, but with the perfect crispiness, the blackening was perfection, and the blackened sauce was DELICIOUS! It had hints of lemon that were noticeable but not overpowering the other flavors. I ordered extra sauce on the side but didn’t need it. The red beans and rice were perfectly seasoned and had tender pieces of meat. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and cheesy and perfectly seasoned. The dumplings were delicious, and the sweet and sour sauce was to die for.
