If you want a good breakfast with good people, this is absolutely the place to do it. Homemade, hometown cooking makes this spot feel like home away from home. You can smell it from a mile away and when I walked in, I immediately felt better about my day. The breakfast I had was darned good, the coffee is warm and delicious, and the lady was even super nice to me and every other guest that walked in (even this incredibly rude, grumpy old man who sat across from me).

A fantastic Mom and Pop diner! Swedes Restaurant has been around seemingly for ever. I prefer to go to breakfast there rather than dinner. Weekends during peak times, there is usually a wait to be seated. The staff are well trained and friendly. The food is prepared as it should and served promptly. If your in mulliken and hungry stop by and grab some home cooking in a local small town eatery experience.
