The last time I ordered food, my food was cooked the opposite way I asked it to be made. Maybe they were just wanting to get off early that night and decided to just send the delivery driver whatever they had ready, so they could just go on home early that night. As a regular customer that orders from them once or twice a week, they know how I like my food cooked. I was just about to review this store with a really good review too, until I experienced this service.

While they have rectified the situation both times, if you have food allergies, I recommend you place your order in person or on the phone. The last two times I have ordered online and put NO SHRIMP ALLERGIC in the notes, my order has come with shrimp. They made me a new order both times and the food is always really good but it’s hard to tell before I leave the restaurant without disassembling the packaging whether my order has shrimp mixed in among other meats and vegetables

Shrimp and Lobster sauce. The mushrooms in this dish are excessive and turned the sauce black. Tasted burnt and spicy. Lost the Lobster sauce taste no eggs evident. Shrimp good size doesn’t taste close to any GOOD Shrimp and Lobster sauce I ever had. Shrimp Toast was spongy and over fried. Tasted like old oil. Spring Egg rolls ok very spicy and not crispy at all. Didn’t ask for spice. They were just ok. I liked the price for all food but was substandard in taste and texture. I wanted to like this place, have heard some good reviews. This meal was No Bueno! We won’t be back. Very Polite people they need to fix the authenticity of the taste of there food. If this is their version of shrimp and lobster sauce, it won’t impress anyone. Mine was a hot mess! Edible, but barely so, and not enjoyable, even for the price which was 10-$11 cheaper than Golden House for same food, and not as good. Golden House isn’t the greatest either but more authentic. The 5 star ratings right after the dud ratings are a bit suspicious. Sort them worst to best to get an idea then sort them by relevance.
