They messed all the way up. Normally it’s not that bad but this time it was awful. When we got our food they messed up every taco and challupa we got. The only thing they got right my the cheese roll ups but those are hard to mess up. AND they added things to my meal I didn’t even order. Spent almost twice as much as normal because children can’t listen VERY DISAPPOINTED Most likely will not be back to this location.

Second time in two weeks received bad food. My chulpa wasn’t toasted it was cold had hardly any fillings. Wife’s soft tacos was cold not all toppings was put on. Ordered a deluxe box didn’t get everything that came with my meal. This will be the last time I ever eat at this location. Nothing is ever done even with all these bad reviews. You can tell they just do not care about their customers. I will be calling corporate over this visit and others.

I wish for breakfast they would label the meals better when I have 5 people I need to figure out what’s what. I shouldn’t need to cut open meals and guess what’s in it. New guy was working and he was doing his best. Blonde hair girl seemed very annoyed with trying to help him but in her defense they shouldn’t have just 2 in morning when 1 is new.

Ordered through the drive-through. They messed up the order again. The employees at this store obviously don’t care, and that starts with management. Don’t go here to eat. Read other reviews if you don’t believe me. Your order will be wrong.

The girl working the window Crystal A was very hostile. Slamming the window when asked to fill my drink up all the way when I wasn’t even filled close to the top. I even asked nicely. Very rude for no reason.

So the staff was extremely rude. Didn’t get what I ordered. One of the cashiers yelled at me in front of other customers. Because he messed my ordered up and called me a liar. Worst service I have ever had. Definitely would not recommend this place. The manager was extremely rude as well.
