I ordered the grilled chicken salad. It was delicious! The salad was fresh and the grilled chicken was seasoned perfectly. The portion was very generous. I made two meals out of it. The waitress was friendly and made sure our drinks were re- filled promptly. Good atmosphere, great food and outstanding service!

Today Saturday July 15th around 8pm, we decided to visit Red Robin from Manassas and the moment we walked in, we waited 5 minutes before the greeter noticed there were people waiting to be seated. Our waitress took our order and it took them an hour, for real an hour for us to receive two burgers. We were really disappointed because we never experienced such a terrible service. People that came after us received their food and left the restaurant earlier than us. In addition, the waitress never came to let us know what was happening. I couldn’t understand why was taking so long since the restaurant wasn’t busy!! After an hour the waitress came to our table with the food and I asked if preparing two burgers usually took them an hour. She said they were backed up with work. While we were eating the “Manager” came to our table and explain that the kitchen made the wrong order. At that point I didn’t know who to believe. The restaurant was kinda empty and we order the same exact burgers. Only burgers and drinks. Anyways we took the wrong decision to try this location. Not recommended. I hope they improve in the future.

Was able to be seated in a timely manner. Our server Jerry was nice but forgetful for the things that we ordered. We had to remind him of the things that he forgot to bring to the table. He showed that he was not efficient at multitasking serving other tables. The manager on duty did stop by our table to say hello and see how we were doing but didn’t introduce herself and it was a quick visit. Despite the above, the customer experience was much better than in the past.

I’m inside the red Robin restaurant and ordered two different dishes the first one was Mac Cheese potato arrived extremely dry and tasteless has no cheese and the pasta is dry, we have the garlic fries as you can see in the image someone just threw some some chunks of grated garlic on top of the totally tasteless potato that really very frustrating cost of that dish was approximately $ 10. regarding the second dish I was really satisfied the fried chicken is very tasty and crispy the breaded prawns are also very tasty and I don’t even have to comment on the fries it’s just wonderful the only complaint I have is with the side dishes French fries and especially Mac and cheese, which for me was the worst of all. to finish receiving again dish that was returned, MAC N CHEESE. As you can see in the image, the dish was redone but the taste remained the same … extremely disappointing but understandable. many people consume and do not complain and if there is no complaint, then there is no improvement …

I give the food and drinks 5 stars. The veggie burger is one of the most delicious things I’ve ever eaten. The sweet potato fries are great, nice and thin and crispy. I love the variety of lemonades that they have available. My favorite is called Poppin Purple Lemonade. I also love that they offer free refills on many of the drinks and side orders.

In General, We have been coming to Red Robins Restaurants for literally 20 years. There was always one no matter where we were stationed. It was our after Sunday Church go to place . My kids loved this place when they were little and still do. Burgers were our family favorites along with Buzzer sauced chicken tenders and unlimited fries. The Cobb salad is awesome too. It’s a great family friendly place, with a fun atmosphere and friendly knowledgeable staff always. This Red Robin’s is an older style Red Robin’s, compared to all the others we been too which were much newer. The staff was great, and of course the food too.

Walked in and waited 10 minutes before being spoken too, when seated it took 15 before someone even asked for our drink orders. Overall horrible service, never offered refills. Even when asked they did not bring refills. Restaurant was empty and still nobody was coming to take our food order. A terrible experience took us 30 minutes to pay, none of the table top computers were working and we couldn’t get anyone’s attention to pay a different way. Also alerted the staff about allergies and they had no care for dietary restrictions.

I took myself in my two boys out to dinner and we were sited near the bar: noted that I have a two year old child and also a 10 year old we were seated by the greeter and then it took about 15 minutes for a server to even come to us to even take our order, and then it took another 30 minutes for them to give us our food, and then I received my food with no dressing. I got a salad with no dressing. It took them another 20 minutes to give me dressing while the waiters and everybody else were just sitting around doing nothing and then I had spilled my salad over the floor and I was trying to get the waiters attention so that I can clean up the salad that fell on the and to pay for my food. It took another 20 minutes for her to do that.
