The food is ok, nothing more. My sandwich roll has been stale more than a few times, the coffee always tastes old, my egg sandwich is always missing something… The service is the pits. The younger kids that work there are friendly but give the service you would expect from teens. The older people always have a puss with an air of mild irritation that they have a customer. I live very close so I find myself in here more frequently than I’d like to. If something opened that was just as convenient I would hands down NEVER walk in this place again. Ah yes and they have a $10 minimum purchase amount for use of debit or cc. Last I checked this is not allowed.

I tried contacting you. I ordered the meatball Parma hero for lunch just before you closed. The meatball was sour! No parm. Did you use one slice of Muenster? It wasn’t even hot. Never again. I still can’t get the taste from my mouth.

My favorite bagel spot in the Northport area, bagels are soft and chewy and my usual order of sausage, bacon, egg, and pepper jack SPK on an egg bagel was always on point. The sandwich felt smaller than other places but when you compare the quality it’s something that won’t bother you.

Overcharged always. Never going back. They charged me $13.80 for 1 egg sandwich and 2 12 onz drinks!!!!! Owner was standing right there!!!!! My famy will go elsewhere. Better bagels and deli1 mile in both directions on 25a fyi…..rude owner…
