This is the best of the three Las Palmeras in Longmont. It has a real green chili. The breakfast burritos are delicious. I recommend the torta for lunch. The chef at this Las Palmeras made the menu for all three in town, but there are some differences, like this one has real green chili and the other two just use diced jalapenos for spice.
