I have been an American Deli fan since I can remember so the disappointment was real. I like my wings extra crispy but the wings I got were impossible to bite they were one with the bone almost, like they were already cooked previously and refried over twice. I ordered my meal with fried shrimp fried rice and it smelled spoiled like it was going bad, and a funny after taste. The staff however friendly we’re eating playing around all over the restaurant and just exhibiting very unprofessional behavior. My son said his wings were okay, but not good and he said we should have gone to a place he suggested. I convinced him that we should come here instead just reminiscing on how good the food at American Deli normally is. I gave two stars because I enjoyed that peach juice and the people were nice, but not sure if it was worth two points. I waisted $45 and ended up making a Turkey sandwich.

First time trying this location. Called in order for Grilled Chicken Salad. They asked if I wanted everything on it and I said yes. I pick it up and asked for French dressing. Before pulling off I look in the bag and he had given me Thousand Island dressing. I get to work ready to chow down and I don’t have a fork, they gave me a spoon. The salad doesn’t have banana peppers (I love them on a salad) which I usually ask for extras. The chicken was over cooked and hard. I don’t think I will be going back there any time soon. I can’t begin to explain the salad dressing. They took a dressing cup and poured dressing in it, took a aluminum lid from a Ken’s Country French dressing and laid it on top of the dressing then placed the plastic lid over it. There’s no way in hell I’m eating that. For that I give them ZERO STARS. It won’t post unless I hive it a star

I had lemon pepper chicken wings and chicken fried rice the wings were way over cooked ☹️the rice was scorched. I love this franchise I go to the one in Douglasville and the one on the East-West connector. PLEASE get it right you are located 2 blocks from my job and I would love to take my wife out to lunch there. And my co workers as well. I will give this location 1 more try. And I will follow up. Good or bad!
