Go and manifest with Toss’t & Press’t! This health food eatery is just what you need to make it through the rest of your busy day. Not only are the ingredients fresh but the variety of dishes keeps you intrigued and coming back for more. The authentic jerk flavors and spices combined with your choice of lettuce, rice, quinoa or cocobread will have your mouth doing somersaults. Oh and did I mention the unique varieties of salad dressings. The shampagne is my absolute favorite. You have got to try this spot and figure out what U will fall in love with! The creative menu, flavorful food, superb customer service, and artistic vibe of the restaurant will have you coming back for more!

First time trying this place out and I am so happy that I did. I tried the jerk chicken rice bowl and the shrimp patty – YUM! Very fresh ingredients and the nothing was too heavy, just like the food in Jamaica. I also thought the decorative flower they added to the bowl was a really nice touch. Toss’t and Press’t is not too close to me but I will definitely go back.

I recently found out about this spot and have been 4 times already.. I love the food and the customer service is great. It serves nice Caribbean style food, yet healthy.. So far I’ve tried the salmon rice bowl (pictured) the jerk chicken bowl, jerk chicken sandwich and a few of the patties. Also, the two drinks they sell are Sorrel and Blue Nile which has a nice combination of Lemonade and Ginger. It’s a small spot, so if you’re looking to dine in, You can order to go and dine at home.

Heard about this place from a fire fighter who entered by business. Went in the next day. The young lady who prepared my meal did it with love I can tell. Even included a little flower in the dish! I ordered a rice bowl with jerk chicken, a beef patty and a cookie. All were delicious. The sauce on the rice was excellent.

This is the cutest place I found last week. I went to pick up my order. Upon entering there’s just such a positive vibe. And it’s super clean. The food delicious. It almost look’s personalized with the beautiful flower I got in my jerk bowl. It’s black owned which I love. And the staff is pleasant. Nowadays that’s hard to come by.
