Always fast and polite, only problem I have is that they’re just too busy on weekends. If you go on weekends it might be faster to just go in. I always order ahead on app and wait at least 5 min to head there. Gotta give them time to get everything ready. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Entered drive through at 5:20 pm on a Saturday and was ignored. After a couple of minutes and no answer went inside. Order a raspberry watermelon refresher and got green tea with raspberry. Also wanted a hot chai with a shot of espresso. Was told couldn’t be done because they were busy cleaning the machine. They should be cleaning because the place was filthy. Never coming back.

Place is filthy. Dirt covered floors and disgusting coffee pots. Lobby looks like it’s hasn’t been cleaned since start of covid. Plus you will have to wait at the counter for 20 mins before anyone cares to take your order. It’s worth making a phone call to the board of health and the better business bureau

I don’t really care abt a missing thing in my order and I don’t know if the worker was in a stressful situation to think and process but I made a mobile order this morning and I didn’t get a Boston creme that I ordered but other than that, the hot chocolate was amazing. And this Dunkin’ Donuts is always clean from what I’ve seen and they are usually fast so good job to the workers.

This place was ridiculous. Just stopped in to get a bottle of juice (from a cooler) and couldn’t get anyone to take my money, let along acknowledge my presence! I finally left a couple bucks on the counter and told the drive thru cashier the money was there for my bottle of juice. There was five employees that I saw, and not one was waiting on customers in the store. There was a couple other people there.

I stopped at the drive-through about a dozen times over the past month, at times when there was no line. Four of those times, I left after sitting at the speaker for several minutes without any acknowledgement from any employees. And in the event that someone actually takes your order, there’s about a 25% chance of your coffee being anything other than a cup of scalding, flavorless, brown water.

I waited in drive through for 15 mins and then was handed a EXPIRED chocolate milk that was super sour smelling. I called the store to give them a heads up that the milk they gave me was spoiled so they could check their fridge and the girl said “okay….*long pause*. I was confused by the lack of response and thought maybe she didn’t hear me and repeated myself. She said “ah alright thanks”.
