Best Dominoes in the city! We order from this store at least twice a month. They never fail to satisfy. Recently, we had a hiccup. Our lava cakes weren’t quite right. I let them know, they made a note, and then fixed us up the next time I ordered. Easy as pie! All things should be so simple!

Today is July 6th 2023 around 6 PM. If your child is working at the Domino’s on Bailey Cove road in Huntsville, AL, you need to give them a drug test. The only thing correct on my order was a plain cheese pizza. One pizza,the topping were nowhere close to correct, parmesan bites were plain, and the cinnamon twists had the parmesan bites’ seasoning on them. I will be holding up the line next time to check everything before I leave the window!!!

they be up charging folks, i usually order from the south parkway location and i get the same thing everytime, a medium deep dish and they charge me $8.71, at this location they charged me $14.16 for it?????? first and last time i order from bailey cove

Although we have had negative experiences with staff at this same location before, my husband and I had such a great experience from Shawn (Shaun?) yesterday that we had to post a review. We went to pick up an online order for a small birthday party and he was so pleasant and helpful. He made sure we got the best coupon available, was very personable, and even proactively offered plates and napkins. Great employees like Shawn are invaluable and this location would do well to recognize that.

I gave Domino’s Pizza a second chance today, after the new owners were kind enough to send me a gift certificate. The staff was super friendly and the pizza and chicken ordered was excellent. I will order my pizza there now and then in the future, even if I think the price could still be worked on.

So I was on hold for at least 9 minutes.. so to be funny I stayed on hold while getting online to place my order to see if I could take my own order by the time someone answered.. which I hate doing online orders… so I finished my order and placed this review and put my card information and did everything while I’m still currently on hold… it’s like they are not trying to answer at all….. customer service in my eyes is a complete failure….. at this time I have been on hold 22 minutes without anyone ever answering at all. My pizza better be delicious…..

I call in and place an order every Thursday morning for an event we have on Thursday nights. Diana is usually the person to answer the phone every week and she is so kind and efficient! We are tax exempt and she always knows how to key that in and we’ve never had any issues. She is doing a great job and I always appreciate speaking to her when I call in every week.
