To be courteous and came down to the lobby at 2 minutes to wait for the driver. Quickly the 2 minutes turned into 5 then 8 the 10, and lastly 12. The driver went in the opposite direction of my home. I called the store to see what was going on the lady said the other driver had an emergency so my driver had to drop another order off first. By the time my pizza got to me it was room temperature and the cinnamon pulls were hard. I understand emergencies happen but why go in the opposite direction of my home and go 12 minutes away when the driver was already 2mins aways.

Ordered several pizzas from this location thru the app. I wanted the cheese pizza uncut, and the photo shows what I got. I ordered a chicken pizza also, but someone forgot to put the chicken on the pie before sticking it in the oven. The genius thought, oh I know, I’ll just throw 10 pieces of chicken on top and the customer will never notice the difference. Congratulations you just lost a customer.

My boyfriend ordered a pepperoni pan pizza from this location and it came without sauce on it. Just crust, cheese, and pepperoni. He called for a replacement and they delivered another one….without sauce again. The employee I spoke with on the phone said pan crust is sauced differently than the other crusts, but neither of these had sauce at ALL. She put a credit on my account, which was great since I didn’t get what I ordered (a pizza with sauce). I’m not entirely sure what’s going on at this location. I’m not mad, just confused. I guess just be careful ordering a pan pizza?

The girls working 5/6/23 we’re extremely rude and had terrible attitudes. Took an hour 45 for pizzas to be ready. I ordered delivery and still had to go pick it up. They both had terrible customer service and cut the pizza wrong on purpose after i called to check on the order.

Mid pizza, takes them 20 minutes to make, came in at night 2 hours before close and they had the door locked pretending like they didn’t see me. Also didn’t tell me it’d be 20 minutes until after I paid. Also also they were super slow about making the pizza, even chatting with a driver stopping by about how slow they all are.
