I am in love with this place. Small but quant. Cute historic decorations. Small seating area but management are helpful in taking care of you. Their brisket is melt in your mouth amazingly delicious. I can’t explain just how amazing their food is. If I live in Prescott I would be in trouble. I’m willing to drive two hours there weekly to eat now. The bbq sauce is also very yummy. I had the three meat meal. With two sides. Let me express how huge their portions are. Sides and meat. You easily can feed three people on this meal for one. Their potato salad is a favorite and has been perfected by the owners for 50 plus years. The sausage is amazing. I usually don’t do bone is chicken but the Cajun bone in chicken is something out of this world. Honestly. Words cannot explain it. If I’m the area. Visit this place. Staff and owners are so welcoming and amazing. Phoenix needs a place like this. Thank you for being great to customers. Having good portions. Greta food. And at really good prices.

Not only the best Cajun food this side of the Mississippi but great, friendly people. I had the jerk chicken and it was amazing. Hubby had the smoked beef. Same . But the potato and cheese soup was absolutely memorable. I will definitely be coming back. Maybe I can remember to take more pictures before I devour it all

Small, cozy restaurant. Not much seating, so be prepared to get take out if need be. Delicious food! Everything was really fresh and well seasoned. I ended up walking away with their special Cajun seasoning.

I would say Uncle Bud’s place is a nice hidden gem. You order at the counter. Seating is limited. The walls of the place has some nice history to share.

Absolutely love this place. Stellar barbecue, the best you’ll find in town. The atmosphere is great, with pictures and stories of Uncle Bud around the walls, with classic rock playing in the background. Every option they have is just as good as the next and they’re super friendly as well. If you want barbecue, go here!!

Get the chuck roast, you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely delicious food and a fair price for it. Very very kind and polite staff. It definitely gives that family owned feel, which is very refreshing to experience these days. Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for bbq!

My husband and I went to Uncle Bud’s Place for the first time. My husband had the shredded pork Po’ boy with potato salad and I ordered the blackened chicken Po’boy sandwich with greens. Our meal was very good. If you haven’t been here give it a try. We will back back many more times.

Amazing food! So glad we gave this place a try, the food was great. I ordered the jambalaya and loved it, the portion is large, full of chicken and sausage and has great flavor. My husband ordered a full rack of rib with two side. The ribs were tender and well season, the potatoe salad and Mac n cheese both had smokey flavor and were great. Eventhough we were stuffed we gave the bread pudding a try and it did not disappoint. Give this place a try you won’t regret it.

I visited a while ago in May with my girlfriend for a quick lunch and this place was beyond incredible and we just happened to find it by chance on Google. It’s a very small but cozy interior environment, and the “staff” (who I believe were actually the owners) were the nicest and greatest people to encounter, they were incredibly friendly and funny. The food was absolutely to die for, everything was phenomenal and easily the best meal I’ve had in months. Very happy with the triple pork cherry bomb sandwich, beans, and especially those pickles on the side. Jerk chicken was also another great pick and perfect leftovers and the cornbread was so warm and perfect just as the gumbo. Cannot recommend enough and I can’t wait to get back to AZ when we move!
