I’ve lived in the area for many years and it was my first time coming in the other day. First the waiter was really friendly. Answered all my questions and refilled my drinks without me asking . The place was clean, even the bathroom. I picked up two of their specialty tacos(Pork belly and chicken) and a steak taco with all the toppings. They were delicious! I’m definitely coming back to try the Grande Jake plate!

Service is warm & friendly. Gabby is genuine, treated everyone well with a pleasant demeanor. Ordered the Chicken Mas Grande Burrito with a side of rice and beans which was quite filling. Fun atmosphere, not overwhelming & don’t miss out on the salsa bar!

Unplanned but glad we found it. Despite the appearance as a bar, they had a decent selection of food, not to mention their horchata was very good. Although they won’t have all the selections a regular Mexican place would have, they make up in good flavor. And our favorite part, the salsa bar, has many choices of different salsas, transforming your choice of food into several enriching levels of flavors. We had tacos, namely, al pastor, chorizo, chorizo with egg, tilapia and shrimp with a side of beans. And you have a choice of american or traditional style. (lettuce and tomato or onions and cilantro) and corn or flour tortilla. What stood out most was how nice the service was. And good service always makes the food taste even better. The atmosphere was also really nice. Definitely a good choice for an enjoyable dining experience. Will be back.

The staff at Grande Jake’s are very professional, and attentive. The owner is very nice and my husband and I look forward to many good meals in his restaurant. Food is very tasty and filling, the atmosphere is family friendly, which is nice. Prices are decent, and everything is fresh. Thoroughly enjoyed their tacos; have had one of their burritos, before this, so I would give this restaurant a 4.8. Please come and enjoy their food. It’s worth the trip. We enjoyed the horchata also. , it was a bit sweeter than others I’ve tasted, but refreshing.

This place is Terrible. Ordered 3 burritos and 4 tacos which cost $64. Not worth, food was very bland. Too add insult, the other” burrito bowl “ was only made of lettuce and beans, yet I paid for steak. No rice- just lettuce from a bag, and beans from a can. Daylight robbery. No moral compass or ethics.

The chips and salsa was delicious. Fresh fried tortilla chips… and the salsa… I’ve lived in three states including Florida, and this salsa is the tastiest/freshest I’ve ever tasted. Well done!

Eehhh. Good service though, however I was the ONLY PERSON on the restaurant. Last time I tried to get food they said they were “out of chicken AND steak”! Like HOW are you a Mexican restaurant without either of those things? Sometimes it’s busy here, but after looking at the food, and how old it looked from sitting in the hot pots.. I’m not surprised to walk into a dead restaurant. I ordered Nachos. They weren’t GREAT, but at least they make em like nachos USED to be. And luckily they had chicken this time. Honestly though, I’ll probably pass from now on.

We have been going to the old Grande Jake’s location and was excited for the new location to finally open. Instead of going during their grand opening– which I know is different from a typical night, we finally went weeks later.
