Our full kitchen serves elevated Southern pub fare in a spacious taproom and 4,000-square-foot beer garden. We have ample parking with over 100 parking spaces, and are set up to accommodate outdoor, indoor, and to-go orders with live music regularly scheduled. The space is dog- and kid-friendly. First time here. Staff was super friendly. Dog friendly here too. We had some very good beers. Also got the cornbread to nibble on (lots of places have pretzels and we wanted a change ). Sooo happy. It was very good. Drizzled with hot honey freshly made. And the butters on side (cheesy and spinach one) were great savory compliments. Highly recommend and will come here again!

Awesome to stumble upon the grand opening of this place. We were literally getting gas across the street at the Circle K and hear music coming from behind a huge wooden fence. My wife talks me into circling around and just seeing whats going on and boom. Low and behold its the grand opening of Appalachian Mountian Brewery. Great brews, the food looks awesome and the atmosphere is great. Not far from asheville or Brevard where we came from. A must stop if you’re in the area.

Absolutely love the beer and they have pitchers so you can grab one and not wait in line again for a while or share. The chicken sandwich is amazing. Really wish they had a beer cheese sauce for the pretzel because I would get one all the time. Never had a bad beer at the Boone location and havnt had a bad beer here in Mills River. Parking gets full fast, just park across the road and your fine.

Can’t tell you how happy I am that they finally opened and I can say for certain that they didn’t disappoint. We had the southern cider and the southern belle(peach cider) and they were spot on. For dinner we had the Yosef Yardbird and the Club Sandwich with waffle fries. The chicken sandwich was one of the best I’ve had. The chow chow and pimento cheese really set it apart from others. The club was a bit on the salty side due to the country ham but all in all was very good. 10/10. We will be going back for more.

Came here after trying to go to Sierra Nevada and not being able to get in in a reasonable amount of time. Glad that it worked out that way. Appalachian Mountain Brewery was great. Good beer, good food and good service. They have a nice outdoor seating area. Definitely recommend this Brewery.
