We are a family run Portuguese Restaurant. We strive to present authentic recipes that are as close to home made as possible. We use fresh fish and seafood for our Paellas & Mariscada dishes. We try to have a traditional dish on the weekends such as goat, rabbit, lamb, or duck. We have a casual bar setting with private rooms for larger functions.

My husband and I came for dinner for my birthday last evening. We were not sure if the restaurant was open since there were only three cars in the parking lot. We had the place to ourselves before two men came in a little before we left. I ordered the pork chunks, and my husband ordered the salmon. Everything was delicious, and the service was great.

I am from North New Jersey, near Down Neck Newark NJ. I miss this type of food from up north. The food was excellent and staff is wonderful. We celebrate my parents 53rd wedding anniversary and we all had a wonderful time and the food was exquisite. This is the first time nobody complained about how the food tasted. We even got food to go. Sangria white and red was delicious. We are definitely going back. Even through they are not associated with Iberia in Down Neck Newark, they have done well with the taste of the food and the atmosphere.

The shrimp and garlic is terrific along g with the bread. The chicken and rib combo is terrific, can easily feed 3 people. Servers are always friendly and service is terrific. I am there at least once a month and they never disappoint.

Tried for the first time dining in for a late lunch/ early dinner. There was a small crowd, only one large party, a family of four, and us. Walking in, we were a bit confused because there was no one up front in the waiting area to greet or seat you. We ended up walking to the dining floor side after a couple minutes and were then greeted and told to sit wherever we’d like.

Great food and service!! You dont give much looking from the outside but it’s worth it!! Every time we come, we try a new dish and it’s well served! Codfish, chicken, ribs, octopus!!!, paella,…Never disappointed!! I’m always referring people here and they love it too! They also have 3 TVs playing soccer and I think a full bar.
