They take forever spent like 20 minutes in line and like 10 minutes at the window. Waiting for a coffee … you guys need to hire better people there’s like 5 people jus standing around talking at the window….y’all are buggin if u can’t make a coffee in 30 seconds and if y’all genuinely can’t and it really takes 5 minutes to make it and 5 minutes to walk it to the window cause y’all slow .. Employees are great, they’ll rarely mess up your order. However, the intercom is absolutely atrocious. You’d have a better time talking through a tin can and a string. Also they only put sprinkles on one half of their donuts. I asked for a sprinkled donut man, not half a sprinkled donut. Artistic choice or not, what a rip off.

Whatever you do try and stay away i’m a fan of dunkin but this location always makes me stomach hurt. i took a sip of my ice coffee and let me tell you it was watered down it tasted like water and sugar only! Tasted like day old coffee i go to multiple locations never have an issue unlike at this location.
