Came here on a Friday night around 7. Wasn’t as busy as I was expecting, which was good news for us. There are around 20 benches and parking both sides of the windows. Food was quick, hot and fresh but I thought was a little pricey for what it is. Large onion rings was $8. Don’t get me wrong, this was enough to feed 3 people and they were very good but at the same time, as that where we are at right now that we need to charge that much? Fries, again large, we much more reasonable and good fries, I’ve had good fries and bad fries in my time, these were good fries. Buffalo chicken sandwich, again a little overpriced for what it was but it was solid enough, nothing to write home about. Ice cream, was a 4/10, flavourless, disappointed here big time.

I have been coming here for well over 40 years! It has always been consistently good! They have a delicious tuna sandwich served on a Kaiser roll. Even the pickles are fresh and crisp! The food is made to order fresh. The fries are always hot and the perfect consistency! Their soft serve ice cream is one of the best in the area: cold, creamy, and flavorful!

Lovely little drive in a ways off of the 87 with pretty good food. Ordered the chili cheese fries because it’s something I’ve enjoyed for years in Southern California and haven’t really seen offered at many places in the Northeast so was very eager to try. The fries were good, and I make it a point to try Clam Chowder whenever I see it offered on a menu wherever I go, this place is no exception. Their clam chowder was decent, I’ve definitely had worse, but it could have been a lot better. Aside from that the burger my friend had was really good and I can’t wait to go back again sometime this summer to try out their ice cream and dessert selections.

Don’t get the lobster rolls!!!!!! I saw something on TV about them having great lobster rolls and was excited to try it. It’s $18 for a lobster roll, doesn’t come with anything. I was so disappointed with it, they put a tiny piece of lobster in it, it was pretty much bread. The bites with lobster taste good though. And it wasn’t even busy. Get anything other then the lobster roll. The other food is great, especially the onion rings. Everything is fresh and hot. But everything is very expensive and over priced so be warned.

Me and my grandmother were out on a drive and I suggested ice cream. When we realized we were close to the country drive in, we pulled up and saw that the hours said they were closed at 8. It was 8:08 and the nice girl said that she could take our order. So when I pulled out my card, she said that there was an atm around the corner. When I came back a big family had gone up and got ice cream. So when I went back up, payed for the ice cream, and waited, the other nice girl serving the ice cream, had accidentally put it in the others peoples faces out the window to hand it to me. Unfortunately my grandmother has just gotten diagnosed with leukemia, so she wasn’t able to eat that. When I went up and explained to the nice girl why she couldn’t eat her ice cream, she was so apologetic, so sweet, and made my grandmother a fresh ice cream so she could enjoy one with me. I didn’t get the girls names but they were very sweet. I was already having anxiety about the whole thing but they were very nice and we need more people like them in the world! Thanks again!!!

Great local spot to get better than expected food and ice cream. I got the chicken spedie sandwich and a small fries. The sandwich was delicious, with perfectly cooked chicken breast and plenty of fresh lettuce and tomato on top along with sautéed onions. The small fries was a HUGE portion! Too much to eat for under $15.00.
