By far the BEST Filipino restaurant in the Bay! The Bicol express and extra crispy Bangus Sisig are of this world! Believe it or not, I can say with all confidence that it’s actually better than food I’ve had in Manila. In addition, contrary to many beliefs, halo halo is not all the same! Via Mare’s is sooo good! What makes it even better? The service—-especially from the nicest server in the world—-BRIAN! Last but not least, I am particular about restrooms. Food may be great but if the place has a nasty bathroom, I am turned off with the whole place. Via Mare’s is clean and pretty. I can’t say anything bad about this place. I brought friends here and they all ordered Bicol Express & Crispy Bangus sisig to go! Love this place!!!PLEASE STAY OPEN!!!

Best crispy PATA that I have ever tasted. Tender, crispy, most of the fat baked off. Pork Nilaga is not my favorite, I prefer the beef version. The Ube icecream fantastic. The decor and the friendliness of the staff irreprochable. I will definitely go back.
