Went to the Hwy 153 in Hixson, TN location for the first time yesterday. Went. In yo just get a menu and check out the atmosphere. Very inviting and staff was really nice. I was given a couple samples. One was the short ribs and it was amazing so I thought I would purchase something. I ordered the build your own Mac & cheese with the short ribs. I was so disappointed with Mac & Cheese. No flavor at all. Cheese was not good. The meat was the only good part of it. Please season your Mac & Cheese and make a more flavorful cheese sauce. I will not eat there again if the Mac & cheese isn’t good. It was pretty bad. If I had sampled the Mac & cheese, I wouldn’t have purchased anything.
