Our food was SO good. We ordered flautas and birria tacos with consume/dipping sauce. We ordered drinks from the bar the truck is parked in front of and sat at their tables to eat (after checking with the hostess of course!). We will definitely come back next time we are in Nashville.

Some of the best tacos I’ve had. Ever. Great tortillas, steak/birria. The only change (and this is me being extremely picky) is for the salsa to be more spicy. But to yourself a favor and come and enjoy this masterpiece of tacos.

The quesobirria was the best we’ve ever had. I had the heirloom tomato tostados and they were fresh and light. Very good stuff. The elote was also good, but could have been a little spicier. Overall, very delicious. And the drinks in Chopper, the tiki bar next door, were fancy and delicious.

I was super excited to try this spot out specifically for the birria tacos! It didn’t disappoint! Flavors are great and food was super fresh. The elote was also great! We got the Brussel sprouts and don’t get me wrong, they were super flavorful…but not worth the price. Def great to try out the quesabirria tacos and service was super friendly! Worth a try for sure!

Terrific spot to get Birria and a traditional tortilla. Food truck located outside of a tiki bar they take the time to make a traditional tortilla and use quality ingredients to make delicious street tacos quesadillas and burritos. They are expensive especially compared to Cheap Charlie’s down the street. I think serving the bar crowd also leads to some quality drops I’ve had burned and dry food and uncooked elote on occasion when getting a late night snack. Given the price and the long waits on the weekend sometimes in excess of 40 minutes, I really see this place as more of an occasional treat. But what a treat it is, when they are on their game expect a juicy meat packed quesadilla with fried cheese sealing it closed. Tasty elote with just enough heat in the sauce to complement the sweet corn and tangy cheese. Street tacos to die for you have to try them with Birra it’s stewed to perfection (I’m pretty sure theirs is beef not traditional goat but I’ve not actually bothered to ask it’s tasty either way) If you are visiting chopper you can order at the truck and bring it into the bar or eat on their patio. Just get your seats in the bar first as that place is usually quite busy and again expect a while for your food to arrive. Plenty of parking around here and they do takeout and Uber eats.

An awesome food truck with great flavors. Had the Quesabirria, it was amazing and the consume was excellent. The staff were super friendly and polite. The chicken taco with the sauce had the best flavors as well. The food truck is next to a bar (with great drinks). A perfect place to spend an evening. I highly recommend this place.

They’re so kind and the Birria tacos are THE BEST Birria we’ve had in Nashville. The Consomme is always fresh and they give you plenty of onion and cilantro.

I’ve never run to write a review more quickly. Moved from San Diego two years ago and I’ve been on the search for good mexican food ever since. That changed today: I’ve officially my go-to spot in Nashville.

The birria tacos and consomme were delicious here. I also liked the elote, and the churros were great. The carne asada tacos were also really good.
