Placed a mobile order got home with it to learn my burger that was supposed to be plain had everything on it. Called them and the lady was very rude and told me she couldn’t do anything about it and hung up. Won’t set foot in the washington store ever again

I’m visiting from Florida.. DQ’s in Florida are a joke… one reason I’ve avoided this one but then kept seeing the great reviews so decided to try this one and I am glad I did! It is very good.. food service… cleanliness.. great management and employees! I’ll be back more often..

Two times in a row now I’ve ordered the bacon double cheeseburger, with only mayo and pickle, only to get home and it’s loaded with everything (lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, etc). Beyond frustrating. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time it happened, but after receiving the same mess up again, I’m honestly done going there. I don’t think they even read their ticket modifications for orders. They just slap everything on there, regardless, and send it out the window.

Stopped in for their banana splits, they where the best we’ve ever gotten! Fresh, nicely made and great size for a reasonable price too. The cashier there was nice hade a smile and was very friendly nice to see work’s that are like her thank you. Will be seeing you soon.

I had a great experience, honestly the best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. The cashier who took my order was kind and patient with me while I figured out what I needed to order. I never asked her name, but my receipt says Tracy! The store was very clean and Tracy was quick to tidy up when customers left the dining room to keep it that way. I’ll definitely be coming back a lot!

The kid at the cashier was amazing however the manager kept yelling at him in front of everyone because they were backed up. Very unprofessional! I felt bad for the kid working hard still with a smile while she is yelling.
